Main Dining Room
Up to 50 guestsLocated at the front of the hotel, the Dining Room is suited to birthdays, family celebrations, group lunches and special occasions. Flexible seating makes it equally comfortable for a relaxed lunch or livelier celebration.
Dining Room - Banquettes & Tables
Ideal for dinner gatheringsA dedicated reserved area within the Dining Room for smaller celebrations, family dinners and get-togethers. Guests retain easy access to the bar and hotel facilities while enjoying their own seating area.
The Sports Lounge
Up to 40 guestsA social function area with a pool table, electronic darts, TVs, views of the large sports screen and access to an alfresco terrace. It works well for birthdays, work get-togethers and live sport.

Pool Room
Up to 150 guestsA high-energy option for larger celebrations with a private bar, pool tables, arcade games, high tables and one of the largest sports screens in the Shire.

Confirm the key details before the day so the venue team can have everything ready for your group.
Under 18s
Guests under 18 are welcome by prior arrangement when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the function. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited and will result in the function ending immediately and the bond being forfeited.
Payment & booking
Functions must be confirmed and paid in full at least two weeks before the event. Final payment includes the bond, room hire and any additional decorations or extras arranged with the team. Cash and card are accepted, excluding American Express.
Cancellation policy
- 15 days or more: full refund.
- 8-14 days: 50% refund.
- 7 days or less: no refund.
All cancellations and refunds remain subject to management approval.

How many function areas are available?
There are four current options: the Main Dining Room, Dining Room Banquettes & Tables, The Sports Lounge and the Pool Room.
Which space is best for a larger function?
The Pool Room holds up to 150 guests and includes a private bar, pool tables, arcade games, high tables and a large sports screen.
Does the Sports Lounge have a minimum spend?
No. The current function pack states there is no minimum spend to reserve the Sports Lounge. Ask the team about the private bar option.
How many people do the function platters serve?
Each platter is designed to serve approximately 8-10 guests.
When must the function be paid for?
Bookings must be confirmed and paid in full at least two weeks before the event.
Can guests under 18 attend?
Yes, by prior arrangement and while accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The venue has a strict no underage drinking policy.
